I am passionate about healing, exploration, and self-discovery. There are not enough places where one can come to breathe or just be. The idea of coaching can feel hard and overwhelming. I create a genuinely accepting and free-of-judgment atmosphere that allows my clients to examine emotional concerns, blockages, and relationship issues that might be holding them back from reaching their full potential. I see coaching as a collaborative relationship, in which I guide clients towards the path to self-awareness and empowerment.
